Policy on the Environment and Quality at MARUBUN CORPORATION

MARUBUN engages in businesses based on advanced electronics technology, and provide our customers with solutions, products, and services.
We view it as part of our important mission not only to strive for ever-higher levels of quality and delivering complete satisfaction to our customers through these activities but also to preserve the global environment.
We are committed to making a positive contribution to industry, technology, and social advancement by engaging in continual improvement of business activities with consideration for global environmental preservation as well as qualitative improvement. |
1. MARUBUN shall take the following approaches on our own initiative as major agenda related to the environment and quality.
- Proposing solutions
- Prepare highly workable proposals from the customer's standpoint
- Identify the customerfs needs and prepare proposals that anticipate requirements
- Prepare proposals to preserve the global environment and contribute to social advancement
- Providing products
- Provide products that are highly useful, safe, and reliable
- Provide at reasonable prices
- Provide promptly and by the required time
- Actively develop environmentally-friendly products and provide those products to our customers
- Provide products free of any hazardous chemical substances
- Providing services
- Provide after-sales services required for product functions to remain available to the customer for a long time
- Provide a wide range of information on items such as products, technology, and market trends to contribute to advancement of the customer's business and society
- Improving business process with consideration for the global environment
- Promote resource-saving and energy-saving measures
- Promote waste reduction and recycling
2. MARUBUN shall comply with all relevant legislation and regulations as commitments to society and contract agreements as commitments to our customers, and respond to social wants and needs in both the aspects of the environment and quality.
3. MARUBUN shall see that all our managers and employees know of and understand this Policy on the Environment and Quality.
In addition, MARUBUN shall make this Policy on the Environment and Quality available to the public and endeavor to gain the understanding of all concerned parties as required for its achievement.
4. MARUBUN shall periodically review this Policy on the Environment and Quality with a view to making revisions for adaptation to changes in internal and external conditions so that it remains appropriate and effective.
