For our environmental objectives for fiscal 2009, we are developing environmental activities in the following areas:
- Implementation of measures to reduce CO2 emissions.
- Improving the fuel efficiency of sales vehicles by promoting environmentally-friendly vehicles.
- Promoting education on gTeam −6%h activities.
- Reduction of electricity consumed by the company as a whole.
- Promotion of recycling through sorting and collecting waste and to reduce the waste produced by the company.
- Establishment of a system for improving and increasing the efficiency of operations, and contributing to the reduction of waste and resource and energy saving.
- Contributing to the development of the business by proactively meeting green procurement demands from customers via the development and provision of environmentally-friendly products.
- Sales promotion of hazardous chemical-free products.
