High resolution 3D X-ray CT system XVA-160α
XVA-160α is high-end and high resolution X ray-CT system that installs 3D oblique CT function and corn beam CT function. XVA-160α achieved a nondestructive analysis at the Nano level.

Microfocus 3D X-ray CT system XVA-G

Technology

U-centric function
A special stage mechanism that does not loose the observation point.

The inspection stage stays centered on the observation point.This mechanism allows zooming in and out, oblique observation,and rotated observation without loosing the inspection part.

3D oblique CT(Noix)
Non-Destructive Inspection of Large PCBs.

3D oblique CT(Noix) can take pictures of samples with large aspect ratios, such as for large PCBs, in all 360˚ directions under the same conditions.
Tomography imaging of samples at high magnification is possible
without any special jigs: Just place the samples put on the stage.
Past Horizontal CT could not take pictures of samples like large PCBs, because most PCBs have a high aspect ratio, it is difficult to take a picture from the 360˚ directions under the same conditions.
